Hi there....

I have been trying to connect to using the easy OpenVPN way ... but I couldn't use it any more... the log file produce the fallowing:

Hello BlackGate,

according to your log file starts the issue you are having with negotiating the TLS handshake (which basically means establishing the encrypted connection).

First of all, please check the following:
- no other VPN connection is active while connecting to Hideway
- OpenVPN GUI is not blocked or restricted by any firewall you may use

In case the above didn't help, you may also want to check if establishing a connection with the alternative port 443 solves your issues. To do so, please follow the description in our support forum: Port 1194 is blocked
