please check your Data transfer volume.

For information about the available data transfer volume for your account, please log into the "customers area" in the "customer service" menu on our homepage and see the "statistic data transfer":

For requesting username and password it is necessary using the correct email address which is registered with your account.

If you have enough data transfer volume you could also try to establish a connection with PPTP:

i can not check my traffic, it says my user , pass is wrong.

and I sure my email is valid.

Hello neda,

in order to be able to receive the account information from the passwort lost menu you have to use the email address your hideway account has been registered with.

Please also note that the email address you are using in this forum must not be the same as the one used to registered your hideway account.

The free demo account you have created now is as described on our homepage for testing only and there for valid for 2 days after the first successful connection has been established or for a maximum of 1 GB data traffic.

The 10 GB you are pointing out have been an initiative from over a year ago.
