I connect successfully, But can not show any page

Hi,

Thank you for your good services.

I can connect successfully, and I have Ping,
But I can not show any apge in my browsers ( IE or FireFox)

I check in another computer and I have this problem there.

Hello dariush34,

your described problem also often occured to other users when VPN connections have been blocked (for instance by their Internet Service Provider).

The following might help solving your issue when establishing a connection using OpenVPN:
- Checking the available data traffic volume on our homepage:
   Customer service / Customers area / Statistic of data transfer
- changing the standard OpenVPN port
- the connection has been established with the correct account (d/t/rXXXXX)
- no other VPN connection is used when connecting to hideway
- You are successfully connected through our VPN
    (VPN Check on our homepage: Customer Service / VPN Check)

As another alternative you could also try to establish a connection using PPTP.
Please also check the following when using PPTP:
- the connection has been established with the correct account (d/t/rXXXXX)
- no other VPN connection is used when connecting to hideway
- You are successfully connected through our VPN
    (VPN Check on our homepage: Customer Service / VPN Check)

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.

I think your ports Blocked in Iran,

I tray to connect with PPTP-VPN
but I don't have user name and password. ( i'm from Iran)

how can I get them?

Hello dariush34,

all important information for your account can be found on our homepage in the "Customer Service" menu.

There you can also request username and password using the "customer service / password lost" menu (http://www.hideway.eu/menu.php/lostpw.html).

I try to connect to vpn1.hideway.eu but i have 734 error.

the data traffic volume of your account has been used up completely.
