hi dear hideway teams,
thanks for ur great support for iranian.
I have a problem
I have this t75596 and with this I could connect to vpn server from home pc I enjoy alot.
but from my work place which my pc is part of a network and our connection to internet is from network when I make vpn connection and try to use it shome me the error 800 that said unable to stablish the vpn connection and ...
I reorderd again with another email and get t75610 and through that again I had this problem.
My open VPN GUI when I push connect show me this log too and that two monitor stay yellow and nothing happen.plz help.
also I have access to admin too.

and abaut changing port for 1194 u said something in forum , but I couldnet get it.

Hi!

Is this the complete log file you posted? It seems like the end was missing. I cannot see any error either.

If it really stops after the last line, I would say it cannot connect to our server for some reason. Maybe ...

- you don't have admin rights on this computer (which is required)
- something has been blocked in you company's firewall
- the name of our server cannot be resolved by DNS. (look here how to resolve this problem: http://www.hideway.eu/forum/faq/resolve-cannot-resolve-host-address-vpn1-hideway-eu-%28host_not_found%29/

hi again,
yes that was complete log file and that two monitor icon get yellow and freez.
yes it seems error in conecting to server.
I did something that u say and put that 83.65.30.29 intead of that lines but again it show the error 800.
it seems our company IT dep blocked it ,
so thx I could use it still at home.
